Shonda Rhimes’s weight transformation was so awe-inspiring that it got more attention than the ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ creator thought it would. Then again, when you lose a whole 150 pounds, you’re definitely going to get a lot of attention and be an inspiration to many.

So what did Shonda do to achieve her brand new figure? She embarked on a weight loss journey that comprised two sections – a workout program and a diet program. While in her diet, Shonda stayed away from processed food and artificial sugar, paying more attention to her calorie intake. For her workout routine, the producer did a daily 30 minutes walk. Doing these was all she needed, and the results look simply fabulous.
