Ruben Studdard – 119 Lbs
Ruben Studdard stunned the nation with his powerful vocals in the second season of ‘American Idol’ and won the title to no one’s surprise. He entered ‘The Biggest Loser’ to drop some of the 462 pounds he weighed a decade later. Even though the ‘Superstar’ singer had a tough time on the ranch, Ruben managed to drop 119 pounds by the finale in early 2014.
That’s only half of it, though. His strength lies in the fact that Ruben continued to make the weight loss journey a constant part of his life from then on. He has the formula for fitness pat on from maintaining a nutritious diet plan and a healthier mindset to working out regularly.
