DR. PHIL: TV HOST – $400 MILLION
Dr. Phil McGraw is a psychologist who became a household name through his TV show Dr. Phil. He bought a house in Beverly hills for $30 million. Spread over a huge area, the house is close to 15,000 square feet and boasts a Mediterranean architecture. The house is perched on top of a hill and has sweeping views of the city. With a bit of background check, we found out that the house has a library, a game room, a fitness center, and a pool as well. Dr. Phil has a fleet of luxury cars, but the show stoppers are his Ferrari 360 Spider, a classic Chevy, and a Porsche. Looks like Dr. Phil has a love for foreign cars!
