As a country singer, it’s doubtful how much Tim would have made to this day had his wife, Faith Hill not been beside him and helped him rake in that whopping $145 million. Without taking out any home loan, he bought his Tennessee house in 2011 (the luxury pad is worth $8.2 million!). Also, they had their permanent residence in the 20-acre Bahamas island termed ‘Lil D’Anges’ back in 2003, which of course cost them a real bomb since it was akin to a small town! Their Franklin mansion, which both Tim and Faith got by paying $3.75 million in two separate transactions almost 17 years ago, had been put up for sale at an asking price of $18.3 million. The home style is elegantly vintage, as the 3152-sq ft home was constructed in 1800. Unlike most of his contemporaries, Tim didn’t spend much on luxury cars, having only the best brands like Mercedes Benz, Alfa Romeo, ford and Cadillac Escalade.
