JOAN VAN ARK AND JOHN MARSHALL – 53 YEARS
Rising up the ladder of success with her portrayal of Valene Ewing in Knots Landing, a soap opera on CBS, Joan laid her hands on the Soap Opera Digest Award in the Best Actress category in 1986 as well as 1989.
She has also been seen in a host of television shows like Hawaii Five-O, Days of Our Lives, Temperatures Rising, and The Rockford Files. With a career spanning almost six decades, this lovely lady has cemented her position in such a competitive industry.
She is the wife of a former KNBC-TV reporter named John Marshall. The duo became man and wife in 1966 and has been living together for the last 53 years. Naturally, they have probably experienced a lot of ups and downs in their long marriage, but the two have comfortably navigated past every issue. Together, they have a daughter named Vanessa who is a successful singer and voice actress.
